#FAIL: The 50 Greatest Social Media Screw-Ups

In 2013, I co-authored a book #FAIL that catalogued and analysed the many ways that companies were making mistakes when engaging with social media audiences – some because of external crises but many self-inflicted. It was the culmination of six years previous consulting with companies on social media reputation and crisis management.
